Qualified Industrial Zones (QIZ)is an agreement between the USA, Egypt and Israel that allows unlimited duty-free export of goods made in 14 regions in Egypt to the USA market, provided at least 10.5% of the appraised value of the goods comes from Israel, and at least 35% of the inputs are local. Under the QIZ agreement, qualified partners are required to provide an audit report that verifies compliance to these terms.
